Kelisen Binder | elder law, probate, and divorce attorney

Kelisen is a certified collaborative divorce attorney and mediator. She serves on the Missouri Bar and Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association Estate Planning and Probate committees. 

Kelisen is licensed in both Missouri and Kansas.  She teaches courses in core mediation and domestic mediation on both sides of the state line. She is one of very few court appointed mediators in Clay, Platte, and Jackson County, Missouri. 

Kelisen is a published author in the Kansas City Bar Journal. In 2021, she was ranked as one of the top 10 attorneys under 40 by the National Association of Family Law Attorneys. The following year she was selected as a Marquis Who's Who in America. Kelisen has been chosen as a Super Lawyer by Missouri Lawyers Media every year since 2020.
